What We Know About The First Peoples of Canada

As we learn about the First Nation People who lived in Canada we will be adding information to our blog. Some of the information on this list is accurate and other pieces of information are things we "think" are accurate. We will be updating this information as we learn. 

Samin - There were 5 tribes - Iriquius
Mantaka - Wendat were a type of First Nation
Rafeed - Mohawk
Mantaka - Wendat and Iriquois were enemies
Mantaka - Enemies couldn't be killed right away. They had to do it slowly.
Dagma - To get food they killed animals.
Anjela - They killed animals to get clothing
Abdul - Animal bones were made into weapons.
Mantaka - Vikings landed in Labrador. 
Kidahne - Europeans and First Nations traded tobacco and wheat.
Mantaka - One of the first Europeans to come was a monk.
Dagma - Vikings named Iceland Greenland.
Nazifa - They hunted Caiboo
